We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Developer (Node.js)

Aquila360 is looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js (NestJS/Express.js) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about scalable backend systems and want to work in a collaborative tech environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Architect and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver full features
- Integrate databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, and caching tools such as Redis
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code aligned with best practices
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
- Take ownership of backend modules and provide mentorship to junior developers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience in Node.js
- Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and system design
- Proficient in TypeScript with scalable code architecture
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security principles
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker deployments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bonus skills: React.js, Next.js (SSR), microservices architecture, DevOps tools
