We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in various analytical tools and methodologies to enhance business processes and drive strategic initiatives.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau / Power BI /Zoho Analytics and Excel to create visual representations of data and processes.
- Analyze sales, pricing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with real-time insights.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes.
- Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives by providing robust data analysis and performance metrics
- Assist in designing and improving business processes based on analytical findings.
- Monitor key KPIs and proactively flag potential risks or deviations from targets.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring effective database design and management.
- Analyze data using SQL and R to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Experience Required :
- 4 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence business decisions
- Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels (including execs)
- Mentoring junior analysts
- Deep domain expertise
- Advanced tools (e.g., Python for analysis, advanced Power BI/Tableau, BPMN modeling)
- Ability to translate business goals into tech-driven solutions
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
