Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Education Partnerships Manager to lead our outreach efforts and bring Seeqlo into more classrooms across Pakistan and beyond. If you’re well-connected in the education space and excited about using technology to make teachers’ lives easier, this role is for you.
You’ll be working with minimal starting resources, so we need someone who can independently research, build relationships, and drive results. You’ll be compensated with a base salary plus commission based on the partnerships and schools you bring in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage schools that would benefit from Seeqlo.
- Use existing connections or develop new ones with principals, teachers, and school boards.
- Reach out to decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, or in-person networking.
- Lead school demos and communicate Seeqlo's value clearly and persuasively.
- Share market feedback to help refine product and strategy.
- Track and report outreach progress and partnership results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the education, edtech, or academic sales sector.
- Strong existing network in K–12 education (preferred).
- Proven ability to independently initiate and close partnerships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset with comfort working in a startup environment.
- Passion for education and improving student learning through innovation.
Compensation:
- Base salary + performance-based commission.
- Flexible work setup with potential for long-term growth within the company.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
