- Oversee daily operations of the laboratory to ensure accurate and timely testing and analysis.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage and mentor lab staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and operation of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain high-quality testing standards.
- Prepare and present detailed analytical reports to management and clients.
- Monitor lab inventory and coordinate procurement of chemicals, reagents, and other supplies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines for safe handling and disposal of lab waste.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Support audits and certifications related to laboratory standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025:2017).

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
