We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as exceptional analytical and leadership skills. Zoho experience is must with US companies.

Duties
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Manage regulatory reporting processes to ensure compliance with governmental accounting requirements.
- Lead the financial report writing process, providing clear and comprehensive analysis for stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Utilize accounting software, including Zoho, to streamline financial operations and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
- Stay updated on technical accounting developments and regulatory changes affecting the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a corporate finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, GAAP, IFRS, and governmental accounting practices.
- Proficiency in financial report writing and technical accounting principles.
- Experience with double entry bookkeeping and familiarity with various accounting software applications, particularly Zoho.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop finance team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
