Job Description: Senior Frontend Developer - c2o (CabCall Outsource)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in Next.js to lead the development of the user interface for our platform. You will be responsible for building a performant, responsive, and intuitive UI, collaborating closely with backend developers to deliver a seamless user experience. Your work will directly contribute to critical user-facing components and various workflow interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance user interfaces for the application using Next.js.
- Implement core UI components for various functional areas, including:
- Secure user authentication and access control mechanisms.
- Configurable dashboards displaying real-time metrics and operational summaries.
- Management interfaces for key entities and their associated records, including viewing, adding, editing, and compliance features.
- Workflow entry screens, including forms for data input, item management, and auto-populated fields.
- Processing and tracking interfaces, such as data verification, approval, and adjustment functionalities.
- Reporting dashboards with filtering, editing, and multi-selection features.
- Interfaces for managing financial transactions and sales processes.
- Multi-language support, including UI translation and mechanisms for AI-powered data translation.
- Report generation tools with natural language querying capabilities and customizable options.
- Collaborate with the backend team to integrate frontend components with APIs.
- Implement internationalization (i18n) frameworks for UI translation and dynamic content display.
- Contribute to UI for reviewing and providing feedback on AI translation accuracy.
- Participate in sprint planning, focusing on frontend deliverables across various development phases.
- Conduct thorough testing and bug fixing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to user documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent 3-6 years practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Next.js.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Understanding microservice architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of security best practices (SSL, RBAC).
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma).

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
