We are seeking a results-driven and highly skilled Google Ads expert to lead our paid search campaigns for a fast-growing custom printing and packaging business. The ideal candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in managing high-budget, performance-oriented Google Ads accounts, particularly within B2B verticals and competitive niches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping) campaigns tailored to the packaging and printing industry.
- Conduct advanced keyword research using tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, and Google Keyword Planner to identify high-converting, intent-driven search terms.
- Develop and execute granular campaign structures, including SKAGs, audience segmentation, geo-targeting, and device-level bid adjustments.
- Optimize landing pages in collaboration with our design team to improve Quality Score, reduce bounce rate, and boost conversion rates through CRO best practices.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking, enhanced ecommerce, and event-based tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Analyse performance data to refine bidding strategies (manual CPC, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions), and adjust budgets to meet monthly CPL and CPA goals.
- Stay current with Google Ads policy changes, beta features, and algorithm updates to maintain campaign compliance and competitiveness.
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years managing Google Ads accounts, preferably in the printing, packaging, or e-commerce sector
- Strong command of data analysis, funnel optimization, and attribution modelling
- Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, and third-party call tracking platforms
- Familiarity with UK, US, and Canadian B2B customer behaviour and search intent trends
Experience in a similar campaign is helpful
Office location: Lahore, Johar town (on site full time)
Timings: 12pm-8pm

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs210,000.00 per month
