About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This role is perfect for a creative professional who excels in visual storytelling, with a strong focus on video editing and animation. You will create high-impact visual content that strengthens our brand, supports marketing initiatives, and clearly communicates our products and mission.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional hybrid work as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and branding materials.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for promotional, educational, and internal purposes.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate goals into impactful visual assets.
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions for campaign development.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and video editors when needed.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques in both static and dynamic content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within a tech or engineering company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, animation, and video editing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of composition, motion design, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in 2D animation required; 3D animation or VFX is a plus.
