About the Role
HallCrow Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team for our leading car parts brand, Zohama. This is a full-time remote position that requires a design professional with a proven background in branding, packaging (box) design, catalogue layout, and digital visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Create premium-quality graphics for product packaging, catalogues, banners, social media, and ad campaigns.
- Design branded materials and ensure all outputs are visually aligned with Zohama’s identity.
- Handle box/package design with precision for our automotive product range.
- Work with the content and marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotional visuals.
- Design digital assets for e-commerce platforms, print, and advertising purposes.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and touchpoints.
- Work under time-tracked performance using our time tracking software (mandatory).
Job Details
- Position: Senior Graphic Designer
- Job Type: Full-Time Remote
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
- Time Monitoring: Work will be monitored using time-tracking software
- Initial Contract: 1-month probation
- Contract Extension: Offered after successful completion of probation
- Starting Salary: PKR 60,000/month (performance-based increments after contract extension)
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of proven graphic design experience (portfolio required)
1. Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
2. Box/packaging design experience is a must
3. Experience in catalogue design, layout, and print-ready formatting
4. Solid knowledge of branding, visual identity, and digital design
5. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output consistently
6. Excellent communication and time management skills
7. Familiarity with automotive or e-commerce design is a plus
Terms & Conditions
1. Probation Period
- Initial contract is for 1 month (probation).
- Only candidates who perform satisfactorily during the probation will be offered a contract extension for ongoing work.
2. Time Tracking
- All work hours will be monitored through time tracking software.
- Adherence to scheduled work hours and task delivery is mandatory.
3. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality
- All designs and materials created during your employment are the property of HallCrow Group / Zohama
- Confidentiality of project details, branding elements, and company information is strictly required
