Job Description:
Lead strategic, data-driven paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Mintegral, and AppLovin. Oversee high-budget campaigns, drive scalable growth strategies, and mentor team members while leveraging advanced product analytics and marketing research insights.
Must Have hands on experience on Web based SaaS products and have worked across multiple marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance using data analysis, A/B testing, and actionable insights.
- Design and implement rigorous tests for creatives, targeting, bidding, and campaign goals debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using research tools (Semrush, AHREF, Mobile Action) to align initiatives with growth objectives.
- Mentor junior staff and manage stakeholder communications.
- Integrate product analytics (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, CleverTap) and ensure seamless tags/events tracking via Google Tag Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad formats, and integration best practices with tools like RevenueCat, MMP (Adjust), Singular, and AppFlyer.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years’ experience in paid marketing managing large-scale campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in additional advertising platforms or analytics tools.
- Advanced experience with A/B testing methodologies and comprehensive campaign debugging.
