Job Description:
We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team at Siflex HVAC Solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in handling a variety of HVAC systems and the ability to lead projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for:
- Split ACs
- Ducted systems
- Floor standing units
- Package units
- VRF/VRV systems
- Chillers
- Lead the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial sites
- Supervise and guide junior technicians and helpers during on-site operations
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance visits
- Prepare and maintain documentation for site work, testing, and handover reports
