Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead SQA Automation Engineer to oversee our quality assurance automation strategies and ensure the highest level of software quality across our multiple platforms having e-commerce, classified & real estate domains. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, design robust automation frameworks, and drive the continuous improvement of automated testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks and scripts
● Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing
● Collaborate closely with product management, development, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and ensure robust test coverage
● Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications using modern automation tools
● Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect management
● Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing processes seamlessly
● Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing practices
● Drive continuous improvements in software quality processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
● 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3+ years in automation testing
● Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives
● Expertise in designing automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar technologies
● Strong proficiency with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automation
● Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI
● Proficiency in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for automated testing integration
● Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with cloud-based platforms and domains such as e-commerce, classified & real estate domains
● Knowledge of security testing methodologies and tools

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
