Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in regional hiring and talent acquisition, preferably someone who is fluent in Balochi and/or Brahui. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, with a focus on sourcing talent from local communities and ensuring cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop local recruitment strategies targeting Balochistan and surrounding regions.
- Utilize local language fluency (Balochi/Brahui) to effectively communicate with regional candidates and build trust.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, both in-person and virtual.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume positions.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations.
- Represent the company in job fairs, community hiring events, and local engagement efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial, mining, or field-based sectors
- Fluency in Balochi and/or Brahui (spoken essential; written preferred)
- Familiarity with local job markets, educational institutions, and community hiring platforms
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
- Cultural sensitivity and local community engagement
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior recruitment experience in Balochistan or rural workforce sourcing
- Exposure to blue-collar and semi-skilled recruitment
- Understanding of regional labor dynamics and mobility

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
