Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to internal users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage service desk escalations and prioritize critical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage active directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and other key services.
- Ensure compliance with I.T. policies and security protocols.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and network equipment.
Experience: Atleast 2 years of relevant experience
Education: At leastBachelor’s or Diploma in Information Technology.
Competencies:
- Expert in installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems.
- Ability to prioritise the tasks and resolve issues on timely basis.
- Strong coordination & communication skills.
