The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the supply chain operations, from procurement to distribution, ensuring seamless product flow.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to maintain a smooth supply chain.
Ensure inventory management aligns with demand forecasts and production schedules.
Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
Drive the implementation of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution functions to meet customer demands on time.
Work closely with senior management to support strategic decisions related to the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with a proven track record of leadership in the field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
