Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and take a leadership role in shaping our digital products. In this role, you will lead the design strategy, mentor and manage a team of designers, and work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to create intuitive, innovative, and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.
As the senior designer , you will be responsible for overseeing the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final execution—ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the UI/UX team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and translate it into user-centered design strategies.
- Conduct and oversee UX research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines for consistency.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and user behavior.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks.
- Design and implement APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write reusable, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency within the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the Node.js ecosystem.
- Participate in architectural discussions and propose solutions to technical challenges.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and accessibility.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first design, and interaction design,design system.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
- Experience in agile/scrum environments and collaborative workflows.
