We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute our organic search strategy. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads or conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and inform overall strategy.
- Perform technical audits and identify opportunities to improve site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Oversee link-building initiatives and manage relationships with external partners.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and paid media teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay current with search engine trends and algorithm updates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyse competitor strategies and identify content and ranking opportunities.
- Develop SEO reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving rankings and traffic.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international SEO or eCommerce SEO.
- Understanding of AI and content optimisation tools.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications (bonus).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and page speed optimisation.
