About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective strategies that drive organic growth. You will work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to improve our product’s online presence and ensure it ranks prominently across major search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring.
- Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for improved rankings and user experience.
- Work with content creators to align SEO strategies with content development, ensuring high-quality, keyword-optimized content is published regularly.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to fix issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective link-building strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably within a product-based or SaaS company.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with website performance tools and technical SEO diagnostics.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in international SEO or multi-language websites.
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Understanding of product marketing and user journey mapping.
