Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to the project timeline and quality standards.
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Technical Support:
- Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to the construction team.
- Identify and resolve design or construction-related challenges on-site.
- Liaise with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets design specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify and rectify any defects or issues promptly.
- Enforce quality assurance processes and standards.
- Visit to concrete batching plants as required to ensure quality
- Material testings PCSIR/UET lab visits.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers follow safety protocols.
- Address and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Resource Management:
- Manage and monitor materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment usage.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare progress reports, site logs, and daily updates for project stakeholders.
- Document site activities and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing as-built documentation and close-out reports.
- Project schedule on MS Project management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. (No Diploma Holder)
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in high rise or construction site management or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
- Predominantly outdoor work on construction sites, batching plants.
- May involve extended hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines.
- Regular travel to various project sites as required.
Salary Range: Rs 75,000/- to Rs 80,000/- per month
