We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of brands. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and strengthen brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple client brands across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with each client’s brand identity and target audience.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, and conversions) and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a sense of community.
Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to client strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, and account managers) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Manage paid social media ad campaigns, including strategy, budgeting, and optimization.
Perform social media audits for clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1 year in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting or managing multiple brands.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong eye for detail.
Creativity and a passion for storytelling through digital media.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
