About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SQA Engineer to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation, and quality processes, along with experience mentoring junior QA members and collaborating across development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases based on requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, DevOps) to understand requirements and test coverage needs.
- Lead test planning and test strategy discussions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA practices, tools, and processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and assist in code reviews of automated test scripts.
- Ensure proper test coverage through requirements traceability and risk-based testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Familiarity with REST API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Timing: 11am to 8pm

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
