About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with extensive expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with strong experience in WordPress (Elementor & Elementor Pro).
The ideal candidate will excel at transforming modern, high-tech Figma designs into pixel-perfect, animated, and responsive websites. This role goes beyond basic WordPress editing — we are looking for someone who can craft sophisticated, high-performance user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience to world-class standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern, visually engaging, and interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress (Elementor & Elementor Pro).
- Convert complex Figma designs, animations, and micro-interactions into high-quality frontend experiences.
- Ensure websites deliver a cutting-edge user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Develop custom Elementor widgets/components as needed for unique designs.
- Collaborate with designers to achieve pixel-perfect implementation of modern UI/UX concepts.
- Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and seamless performance.
- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously enhance frontend quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Animations, Transitions), and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, and Elementor Pro.
- Proven ability to translate modern Figma designs into fully functional, high-tech user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and clean coding practices.
- Ability to balance technical precision with creative execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GSAP, Lottie, or other animation/motion libraries.
- Strong sense of UI/UX design principles and user-centered thinking.
- Familiarity with WordPress theme/plugin development, hooks, and custom post types.
- Experience with version control (Git).
