What is Stream Head Planning & Strategy?
· Stream Head Planning & Strategy role is part of Jazz Consumer Growth (JCG) within Commercial Division. The role would primarily be responsible for Planning & Execution of Strategy within Consumer Division, developing forecasts and OpCo board presentations in direct liaison with Head of Consumer Growth and President Consumer Division. Creating actionable insight for the various Consumer Segments. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing Planning & Strategy.
What Stream Head Planning & Strategy does?
· Devise tactical objectives to trickle down budgetary plan ambitions and establishing controls for managing budget
· Responsible for development of marketing plans and working with various departments to ensure implementation and tracking of progress
· Preparing all the required OpCo board materials, as and when required, through coordination with various stakeholders in organizations
· Liaison with FP&A team during forecasting cycles for locking of revenue related KPIs and achievement strategy
· Developing marketing performance scorecard considering the overall business plan and strategy and creating actionable insights for adjusting the course to meet the targets
· P&L reporting and monitoring for overall Consumer Division and all digital platforms under Consumer Division
· Support the digital transformation agenda by aligning core marketing strategies with evolving consumer behaviour and channel mix
· Evaluate new business opportunities by developing investment cases for incubation, partnerships, or acquisitions of digital ventures

Requirements
· Master’s in Business Management/Finance/Accounting
· Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA will be an added advantage
· Experience in Telco and Finance along with international exposure would be preferred
· 10-12 years of relevant working experience
· Knowledge of Performance Management
· Understanding of Marketing Spend and its related ROIs
· Understanding of Telecom business
· Knowledge of Digital transformation
· Excellent ppt development and presentation skills
· Knack for working across departmental boundaries
· Strong interpersonal Skills
· Excellent grip on MS-office suite including Powerpoint, Excel
· Experience of working on reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc.
