Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic counseling to students, helping them identify their strengths and career aspirations.
- Guide students in selecting study plans tailored to their goals.
- Address academic and personal challenges, offering solutions to ensure student success.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback to parents when necessary.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: F.Sc. (Pre-Medical or Pre-Engineering) and a BS in Psychology (or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior counseling experience (preferred but not mandatory).
