We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Water Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our water bottling plant. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of water purification processes, quality control standards, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient production
Monitor filtration, treatment, and bottling processes
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Maintain equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Lead and manage plant staff and shift schedules
Keep accurate production and quality records
Report regularly to the Plant Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a water plant or FMCG environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
