Primary Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution for internal users.
- Possess a strong understanding of hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and commonly used applications.
- Manage and support the IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime and optimizing network security to protect data integrity.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for IT procedures, technical manuals, and user guides.
- Assist with setting up, maintaining, and supporting IT systems across remote and office locations.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve technical proficiency and overall productivity.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups to safeguard IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets for documentation and reporting purposes.
