I&K Enterprises, operating under the well-known brands Nexton and De’LESH, is actively hiring for the position of Team Lead - Merchandising. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with strong market exposure and leadership skills to manage merchandising operations in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the merchandising team across assigned outlets.
- Build and maintain strong PR with IMT and LMT stores.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure targets are met.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team growth.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation (minimum)
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in merchandising (preferably in FMCG or retail)
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years
- Location: Lahore only (local candidates preferred)
