We are looking for an experienced Technical Content Writer who has strong skills in AI tools like ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in writing SEO-friendly technical content, certification materials, and AI-generated documentation. This role requires the ability to make complex topics easy to understand, improve content for search engines, and use AI tools to boost quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit technical content, including certification guides, training manuals, e-learning materials, and industry white papers.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all content.
- Work with experts to turn complex topics into simple and clear documentation.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging documents and interactive learning materials.
- Develop templates, style guides, and standards for consistent documentation.
- Conduct usability tests and collect feedback to improve documentation quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical writing and content editing, preferably in certification programs, e-learning, or technology.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
