We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in qualifying and engaging small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for tailored financial solutions. The role is predominantly telesales-based, requiring excellent English communication skills, a strong phone presence, and the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
Candidates must have a solid understanding of common SME financial products, including working capital financing, invoice discounting, mortgage financing, and corporate loans.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify SME clients
· Present and explain financing options confidently over the phone in professional English
· Follow up diligently with leads to progress deals through the sales pipeline
· Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
· Maintain a steady pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and onboarding
· Log all interactions, leads, and status updates in the CRM system
· Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in telesales or business development, ideally within financial services or SME lending
· Sound knowledge of SME financial products, including:
o Working Capital Financing
o Invoice Discounting
o Mortgage Financing
o Corporate Loans
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong phone skills, persuasive communication, and consistent follow-up ability
· Target-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

1. Term Loans
- Purpose: Fixed-term financing for business expansion, equipment purchase, or working capital.
- Features: Fixed or flexible repayment schedules, secured or unsecured.
2. Working Capital Loans
- Purpose: Short-term funding for daily operations (inventory, payroll, rent).

3. Trade Finance (Invoice Financing & Factoring)
