We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in dispatching, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule trucks for timely pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with drivers to provide dispatch instructions and support
- Monitor route progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate logs and records of dispatch activity
- Ensure compliance with DOT and company regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatching or a transportation-related role (preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with dispatching software and GPS tracking tools
- Ability to handle pressure and work in shifts if required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
