Role Overview:
We’re hiring only the best — highly experienced dispatchers who are not just familiar with booking loads but also have a deep understanding of the U.S. freight market and shifting market dynamics. This is a high-performance role with great rewards, built for individuals who know how to move trucks smartly, manage relationships with brokers, and maximize fleet efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on U.S. dispatching experience (dry van, reefer, flatbed, etc.)
- Strong understanding of U.S. lanes, regions, rates, and current market conditions
- Excellent communication skills — fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to negotiate with brokers, build long-term relationships, and close high-paying loads
- Able to manage multiple trucks efficiently and work under pressure
- Tech-savvy – familiar with tools like DAT, Truckstop, McLeod, TMS, ELDs, etc.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and performance-driven
