Position: Truck Dispatcher

Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

Fairways Logistics is currently hiring Truck Dispatchers to oversee freight operations across the US and Canada. This role requires active coordination with drivers, brokers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage truck routes and load schedules across North America
- Stay in constant communication with drivers to share trip instructions and updates
- Negotiate rates with brokers and secure high-value loads
- Build strong relationships with drivers, owner-operators, and freight partners
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams
- Handle unexpected issues such as delays, breakdowns, or rescheduling needs
- Keep detailed records and update dispatching tools with all relevant load/trip information
- Ensure all operations comply with DOT guidelines and internal policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in truck dispatching for US/Canada markets is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with dispatching software and tools like Google Sheets or Excel
- Must be willing to work full-time night shifts from our DHA Phase 6 office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
