Key Responsibilities:
Set and achieve sales targets for the regional team, aligning with business goals.
Develop and implement training programs to boost sales performance.
Analyze sales data and prepare insightful reports to track progress.
Collaborate with the supply chain for timely product delivery.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Formulate and execute sales strategies for various territories.
Lead and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
Provide support to store managers and assess store and employee performance.
Forecast quarterly and annual sales for the region.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Guide cross-selling initiatives and review sales strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar role.
Strong ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI, KPIs).
Proficiency in GENTEC & G-Tech software and Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of store operations.
Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Problem-solving attitude and readiness to travel.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
