Role Summary
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 1–4 years of hands-on experience. In this role, you will translate complex requirements into clean, engaging interfaces and seamless user flows. You’ll partner with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to deliver end-to-end solutions—from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate is a graduate who is proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, has a strong Behance or Dribbble portfolio, and communicates clearly in English. Immediate availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, user surveys, and usability tests to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Synthesize research findings into user personas, journey maps, and design requirements.
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes in Figma to map out user flows and information architecture.
- Develop interactive prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD) for usability testing and stakeholder demos.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from users and cross-functional teams.
- Design polished UI screens, icons, and graphic assets using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines (typography, color palette, iconography).
- Craft intuitive micro-interactions and animations to enhance user delight.
- Plan and moderate usability tests (remote or in-person), document findings, and recommend improvements.
- Track design metrics (task success rates, time on task) and use data to refine user flows.
- Work closely with developers to prepare design assets (SVG exports, image slices, style guides).
- Create comprehensive design documentation and maintain version control in Figma.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and design reviews, communicating design rationale clearly in English.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to internal design workshops, critiques, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 1–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably within an agile software environment.
- Expert-level skills—components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong ability to create and edit visual assets in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Sketch, InVision, Canva, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- An active Behance or Dribbble portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX work (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
- Evidence of design process: research artifacts, user flows, annotated wireframes, and final visual designs.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills—able to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills: eagerness to give and receive feedback, and willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while remaining aligned with team goals.
- Immediate availability—candidates must be able to start within two weeks of offer.
