About the Role
Paklogics is looking for a skilled and imaginative UI/UX Designer to join our in-house team in Faisalabad. The candidate should be experienced in designing seamless user experiences and interfaces for both web and mobile applications. A strong grip over Figma and an understanding of modern UI/UX principles is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure UI accuracy
- Conduct user experience research and translate findings into design improvements
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens
- Ensure consistency in visual elements, design systems, and components
- Revise designs based on internal reviews and usability feedback
Skills Required (Detailed)
- Figma (Expert Level):
Proficient in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, auto layout, and responsive design. Should be capable of organizing design files for developer handoff.
- Website & App Flow Understanding:
Ability to visualize and create logical navigation and user flow diagrams for both web and mobile platforms. Should understand onboarding, checkout, dashboard, and other common UX patterns.
- Design Principles:
Solid grasp of typography, spacing, color theory, and layout. Able to create clean and modern UI based on best design practices.
- User-Centered Thinking:
Capability to think from the user’s perspective to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Responsive Design Knowledge:
Skilled in creating adaptable designs for different screen sizes and devices.
- Communication & Collaboration:
Comfortable discussing ideas with cross-functional teams, accepting feedback, and improving accordingly.
