Job Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years experience

- Expert in Figma
Key Responsibilities:
- Create clean, modern UI designs using Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, etc.)
- Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
- Maintain and expand the company’s design system
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate implementation
- Take part in UX discussions and provide design input based on research and best practices
- Ensure consistency, usability, and scalability in all designs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven industry experience as UX UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work and expertise.
- Brand Guardianship: Uphold and evolve the brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
Qualifications:
- Lead the design for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing designes.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, creating user personas, user flows, and wireframes.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups that clearly communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
