Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us acquire new clients through online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bidding process, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Customize proposals according to client requirements.
- Maintain daily bidding quota and follow up on submitted proposals.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible.
- Track and report bidding performance and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role (Business Development, Sales).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of freelance platforms and bidding strategies.
- Ability to write compelling and customized proposals.
- Basic understanding of services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, or Digital Marketing.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working in an IT or digital services company.
- Knowledge of lead generation through LinkedIn and email outreach is a plus.
