US Truck Dispatch Sales Agent – On-Site (Lahore) – High Commission Opportunity

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: PKR 25,000 – 250,000 per month (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to US trucking companies to promote dispatch services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Utilize industry knowledge to effectively pitch services and onboard new clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US call center sales (truck dispatch, logistics, or BPO cold calling preferred).
- Fluent English (neutral accent preferred) with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the US trucking industry (brokers, owner-operators, load boards) is a strong advantage.
- Must be available for on-site work in Lahore and comfortable with night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
