Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team. The role involves editing raw footage into polished, engaging content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, documentaries, and social media. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling ability, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video and audio into professional, high-quality final outputs.
- Add graphics, sound effects, transitions, and color corrections where needed.
- Collaborate with creative team to understand project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain consistent style and branding across all content.
- Organize and manage video assets for efficient retrieval.
- Stay updated on latest editing tools, trends, and techniques.
- Ensure all edits are delivered on schedule.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Knowledge of sound design, motion graphics, and color grading.
- Strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of camera formats, codecs, and media management.
Preferred:
- Experience with short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Familiarity with 2D/3D animation.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing video styles.
