Pavago is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller with a strong command of video editing tools, attention to detail, and a passion for crafting engaging content. You will play a key role in producing high-quality videos that captivate audiences and align with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Produce polished videos for various platforms using tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects, incorporating effects, graphics, and animations.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate on video concepts, ensuring alignment with brand tone and crafting compelling narratives through interviews and event footage.
- Corporate Content Creation: Edit professional videos, shape stories through interviews, and create dynamic event highlight reels.
- Post-Production: Enhance video quality via color grading, sound design, and advanced editing, delivering outputs optimized for diverse platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to meet project requirements, provide input during brainstorming, and elevate concepts.
- Versatility & Strategy: Adapt to diverse creative projects, stay updated on trends, and streamline workflows to boost efficiency.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects. Proficient in color grading, sound design, audio editing, and optimizing video formats for various platforms.
- Creative Skills: Strong storytelling abilities with exceptional attention to detail and pacing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English, multitasking proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Creative Vision: You excel at translating ideas into compelling visual stories while handling diverse projects with confidence.
- Technical Mastery: Your expertise in editing software and storytelling enables you to produce professional, engaging content.
- Versatility: You’re adaptable and can handle corporate content, event highlights, and creative projects with ease.
- Commitment to Quality: You consistently deliver exceptional work that resonates with target audiences.
Reviewing project briefs and aligning on deliverables. Editing video content, refining footage into polished final cuts, and crafting compelling narratives. Collaborating with creative teams to align on branding and messaging. Creating highlight videos from events or interviews, showcasing key moments creatively. Attending team meetings, sharing progress updates, and discussing new ideas.
