Position Overview
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills? We're seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team across our Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad offices. You'll provide essential administrative and operational support to various teams, including sales, recruitment, and leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations for our rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across different time zones.
- Manage email correspondence efficiently, drafting responses and organizing inboxes.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases and CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Conduct online research to gather information on market trends, prospective clients, or industry insights.
- Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring timely information flow.
- Help organize digital files and maintain organized systems.
- Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of teams and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ year of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role, preferably supporting remote teams or international clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack) and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
