Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and compassionate Virtual Medical Assistants/Scribes to support our U.S.-based healthcare providers. This role is ideally suited for young MBBS doctors who plan to pursue a U.S. medical residency and are seeking meaningful exposure to the American healthcare system.
Gain hands-on experience in clinical documentation, patient communication, and EHR navigation, while working directly with U.S. physicians — all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document patient encounters in real time during live virtual consultations using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Assist with medication lists, treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient education.
- Coordinate lab tests, diagnostic procedures, and communicate results to patients professionally and empathetically.
- Transcribe and edit medical notes from dictations with high accuracy and adherence to U.S. clinical standards.
- Ensure thoroughness and compliance in patient records, including HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians to resolve discrepancies in medical documentation.
- Manage prior authorizations, insurance verification, and basic billing-related administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on evolving U.S. medical terminology, charting best practices, and EHR tools.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree required (fresh graduates and recent interns are highly encouraged to apply).
- Basic familiarity with EHR systems, transcription tools, and MS Office.
- Strong foundation in medical terminology, clinical procedures, pharmacology, and anatomy.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work independently in a fast-paced virtual setting.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and eagerness to learn.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
