Responsibilities:
- Supervisor and lead a team of Warehouse workers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve Warehouse goals.
- Plan and organize Warehouse schedules to optimize resources and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor Warehouse processes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain high quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate Warehouse records, performance metrics, and reports for management evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Knowledge of software and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00PM
