We are looking for a skilled and reliable Website Developer & CMS Developer to join our team full-time. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who can work independently and manage projects efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites and custom CMS platforms, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using modern web technologies
- Build and customize CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, custom-built CMS)
- Ensure responsive and SEO-friendly design
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
- Regularly update and optimize website performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CMS development (especially WordPress)
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git)
- Ability to handle full-cycle development (front-end & back-end)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Additional Information:
- This is a remote full-time position.
- Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Pakistan Time).
- Tracking software will be installed to monitor work hours and productivity during the job.
- Salary during the trial period will be between PKR 20,000 – 30,000, depending on experience and skill.
- Final salary will be reviewed and set after the trial period based on performance.
