Mega Marketing Network is hiring experienced YouTube Channel Content Specialist.

Key Responsibilities of a YouTube Channel Content Specialist:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Developing content calendars, creating video scripts, and brainstorming new content ideas that align with brand goals and audience preferences.
• Optimization & SEO: Optimizing videos with relevant keywords, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails to improve search ranking and discoverability.
• Channel Management: Managing the overall channel, including branding, layout, and playlists, to create a cohesive and engaging user experience.
• Performance Analysis: Tracking channel metrics, analyzing video performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaboration & Communication: Working with other teams, such as marketing, design, and production, to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and visual standards.
• Staying Current: Monitoring YouTube algorithm updates, platform features, and emerging content trends to adapt and optimize strategies.

Skills and Qualities:

• Graduate
• 5+ Year Relevant Experience
• Must have done hands-on work on YouTube channels having at least 500k+ subscribers and able to show live results and statistics.
• Creative Writing & Storytelling: Ability to write engaging scripts and develop compelling narratives for video content.
• Video Editing & Production: Basic understanding of video editing software and techniques to create high-quality videos.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of how to optimize videos for search, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve channel performance.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with YouTube's features and trends.

Tools and Technologies:

• Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• SEO Tools: Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Content Management Systems (CMS): YouTube Studio, WordPress, etc.

Package:

• Market based Salary

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Experience:
