Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for managing and processing all incoming invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, maintaining proper records, and reconciling account statements. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the company’s cash flow operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices and check requests for appropriate documentation and approvals.
- Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and within agreed terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to accounts payable.
- Process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
