A US-based firm is hiring a part-time Accounts Officer to support its financial operations during U.S. business hours. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in both QuickBooks and Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions
- Track and manage vendor and client invoices
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and accounting records
- Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll
- Handle communication with external parties regarding accounts
- Support the Accounts Head in daily financial tasks and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) – must
- Proficiency in QuickBooks – must
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Good written and verbal communication skills
