ADC Support Administrator
Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ADC Channels, Middleware/Switch, Card Payment Systems, Mobile App Channels, Internet Banking, IVR, Call Center, ATMs, Utility Bill Payment Systems, POS, and Payment Gateways
- Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-availability environments
Responsibilities:
- Installing, Identifying, analyzing, launching, and ensuring uninterrupted operations of Alternative Delivery Channels (ATMs, POS, KIOSKs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Electronic Payments, and other Digital Financial Services)
- Conducting requirement analysis and testing of modules for Middleware, BPS, Vision, and ATM controllers
- Implementing and supporting ADC products and services including cash withdrawals, bill payments, IBFT, POS, ATMs, mobile, and internet banking channels
- Troubleshooting ADC-related issues and coordinating with vendors for system support and maintenance
- Providing technical support for integration with Core Banking systems, ADC channels, and middleware, while monitoring service availability
- Designing MIS reports and developing ADC applications to meet regulatory requirements
- Managing day-to-day operations, monitoring issues, and tracking resolutions to ensure service continuity
- Ensuring 24/7 availability for troubleshooting and support of ADC systems and services
