Rawdeck is building the next generation of intelligent software. As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will work at the forefront of AI innovation, designing autonomous, decision-making systems powered by large language models (LLMs). You’ll lead the development of AI agents capable of complex reasoning, memory retention, planning, and real-world task execution across applications.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving open-ended problems, and wants to shape the future of agentic computing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, open-source models)
- Develop intelligent workflows and autonomous decision-making systems with planning, memory, and reflection
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and external tools for real-world functionality
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to deploy AI into production environments
- Experiment with and improve RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines, embeddings, and vector stores
- Evaluate agent performance, iterate rapidly, and explore emerging AI capabilities
- Stay up to date with academic and industry trends in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and LLM development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or intelligent systems design
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using AI/LLM libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI API)
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Proven experience designing or contributing to agentic systems or multi-step AI pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, and collaborative spirit
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reinforcement learning or RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
- Contributions to open-source AI tools or frameworks
- Published research in AI/ML or hands-on work in simulation environments
- Understanding of knowledge graphs and memory systems in LLM agents
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and performance bonuses
- Remote-first work culture with flexible hours
- Budget for learning, conferences, and certifications
- Collaborative, fast-moving startup environment
- The chance to work on cutting-edge AI projects with global impact
