Job Overview:
CureMD is seeking a curious, creative, and data-informed Associate Content Specialist to support its digital marketing team in uncovering market insights and crafting compelling narratives that drive engagement and growth. This hybrid role blends analytical research with strategic content development, perfect for someone who enjoys investigating trends, understanding audiences, and translating research into persuasive messaging.
This position offers hands-on experience in market intelligence, competitor research, campaign messaging, content strategy, and insight-driven storytelling. You'll be working directly with the senior leadership and can expect to learn and grow quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
Assist in synthesizing research into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and leadership.
Contribute to the development of strategic content, including campaign messaging, creative briefs, landing pages, blog outlines, taglines, and other written materials.
Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure content is aligned with campaign objectives and brand voice.
Support A/B testing of messaging and creative content, and assist in interpreting results to refine communications.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative planning meetings to support innovative marketing initiatives.
Explore and experiment with AI tools and prompt engineering to support content development, data synthesis, and insight generation.
Ensure every piece of content and research output is high-quality, accurate, and meticulously reviewed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, Social Science, or a research-heavy discipline.
6–12 months of prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
Strong interest in AI, prompt engineering, and the future of intelligent marketing.
Ability to work onsite (3:00 PM till 12:00 AM PKST).
